FAQ

I’m trying to install MDictionary to my XY phone, but my phone returns the following error: “Unable to Install”.

Switch off the Online Certificate Check in the Application manager.
(Application mgr. -> Options -> Settings -> Online Certificate Check -> Off)

I have a XY phone and when I want to install the MDictionary 3rd, or the comp version, it say that the “certificate not valid. contact with the provider”. What can I do to resolve this question?

You should enable the installation of application with untrusted certificates. (Application mgr. -> Options -> Settings -> Software Installation -> All)

I installed MDictionary 3rd to my XY phone, but when i try to run the program i get the following error: “feature not supported”.

You should to install the MDictionary S60 3rd Compatibility Edition
(comp edition) into your phone. This version supports older S60 3rd phones.

I have a S60 5th edition phone.  The application started but i can not switch among the languages with the pen or with my finger.

Probably you must change the phone theme to an other one. You can also switch manually by using the Options->Change->Panel command in the MDictionary.

I installed the a Japanese and Chinese dictionary and only strange brackets are visible.

You must install also the appropriate MDictionary font package with the dictionary itself.
